Subprocessor List

Automatan, Inc. engages the following third-party subprocessors to help provide the Service to our customers. These subprocessors store or process Customer Data (as defined in the Automatan Data Processing Addendum.) on Automatan's behalf.
Customer Data will not be used by AI subprocessors for model training or development purposes.
Automatan requires each subprocessor to maintain data protection obligations no less protective than those set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
1. Service Infrastructure and Operations
These are subprocessors Automatan uses in operating the Service:

4. Customer Support

5. Monitoring and Error Tracking
Automatan uses Google Cloud Logging for centralized error monitoring and observability. This is covered under the Google Cloud Platform entry in Section 1. No additional third-party monitoring subprocessors are currently engaged.
6. Automatan Affiliates
Automatan currently engages affiliates in the US and India for customer data processing and performance analytics.
7. Updates
As Automatan's business grows and evolves, this subprocessor list may change. Automatan will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance written notice of any new subprocessors in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
